Life reveals itself in many forms – sometimes quiet, sometimes challenging, sometimes surprising.
My work invites you to pause, to sense, and to explore together what is truly essential in the moment.
Whether in bodywork, workshops, or projects – it is always about opening spaces where clarity and vitality can become tangible.
Shiatsu offers a protected space to experience the body as a resource.
It supports you in demanding times, accompanies processes on physical, emotional, and mental levels, and strengthens everyday health.
Touch, breath, and presence invite you back into your own center.
“Sometimes this also creates space for an accompanying individual conversation.”

In workshops, we explore together how mindfulness can become alive in everyday life.
The tools are invitations to experiment – sometimes in silence, sometimes playfully, sometimes in exchange with others.
Every moment holds the possibility of discovering new perspectives and shaping life more consciously.
Projects can be challenging – especially when they deal with remembrance culture or touch deeper layers of human experience.
I accompany these processes by offering resonance, holding structure, and creating a safe framework.
In this way, a space emerges where even what is difficult can have its place – and from there, something new can grow.

I do not walk with ready-made answers, but with questions.
My path is research – a deepening of understanding.
And along the way, transformation and renewal can arise on their own.
