Project Accompaniment

“Bring things into order before they become a fact”

The most essential part of my accompaniment takes place in individual sessions – with the project leader, the core team, or both.

There are different phases where support can be helpful, mostly online:

  • Idea & application phase

  • Project start

  • Implementation & reflection afterwards

I also accompany teams on site or online – for example during team meetings or rehearsals.

If needed, I offer relationship-space clarification in times of tension or conflict.

We look step by step at what I can offer as healthy support.

Different formats are possible, and can be adapted to the available budget.

I see my work as an inner update that strengthens the whole project.

Roles I can take

Eye from the outside – Energetic Dramaturgy

  • Observing the project arc

  • Seeing blockages

  • Seeing energy leaks and waste

  • Finding the root of challenges

  • Giving impulses for preventive work

  • Sharing mindfulness tools

Team impulses & workshops

  • Healing Self-Contact

  • “Check-In” practice

  • “Healthy No” practice

  • Relationship-space care: mindful speaking, feeling listening, observing without judgment

  • Healthy hosting of participatory spaces

Translation & witnessing – when needed

  • Translating and witnessing when different opinions and needs collide

  • Individual support in moments of “triggers,” blockages, or difficult steps

  • Relationship-space care for tensions: between two people, in a team subgroup, or across the whole project

Who I accompany

Projects

Whether in the arts or other fields – when something new is created, many people are involved. This creates complexity. A wider perspective can reveal the deeper simplicity in the whole process.

Companies

Looking from a bigger perspective can bring fresh air and clarity into stuck situations. Blind spots and destructive dynamics can become visible – and this makes space for new possibilities.

Artists

Support for artists, with ongoing training in tools for relationship-space care and energetic sustainability in professional art projects. A combination that strengthens self-awareness, creativity, and teamwork.

My approach

With the tools of Energetic Sustainability, Relationship-Space Care, Healing Self-Contact, and Trauma Awareness, we look together at the movement that wants to happen.

We work from the inside out: what I recognize in myself also clarifies the space around me.

Voices about my accompaniment

Teresa Distelberger, artist & filmmaker

“In my projects I often face high interpersonal complexity, especially when working with themes like the Nazi past of a place. The continuous accompaniment with Karoline Wibmer helps me recognize when transgenerational and collective trauma become tangible and refine my artistic approach in dealing with them.”

Hannah Shakti Bühler, dancer, choreographer, professor (Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts)

“What I value in Karoline’s work is her competence hierarchy – that everyone is empowered to contribute to what wants to emerge in the space.”

Simon Mayer, choreographer, performer, musician

“I find Karoline’s work incredibly valuable for artists, because we often live in a daily life of uncertainty – with structures that appear and disappear again.”
